To begin i'd like to discuss the track layout in your photo Trev.

If they use this at the meeting we may have to drive with a little more concentration than usual.

me and my dad went to west london on thursday and it was very sunny but we had no grip :smt022.
the track was very dust and stoney, got stone stuck in spur gear then we had to come home :smt010
dad thinks he has a rough idea for gearing  :smt038

the gearing will depend on what track they run
we were praticing on the gp track layout and we started at 4.9 got down to 4.6 but as i said did not have any grip car sliding out every where. i think the car went much better on the 4.6 but it minght be a bit low didnt get a full 5 minuet run in because stones kept on getting in my car

4.5 - 4.7 sounds about right for the 13.5. Whichever layout they use, they do have a good long straight, and then the infield section will be a series of sweeping corners with one or two tricky bits.
