hi guys can anyone recomend a good bearing cleaner and which oil should i put in after?

hi Aaron,
i use wurth to clean my bearings and it does a good job.
and i think i use trinity oil for my bearings.

Wurth Brake Cleaner is good as Ben has siad, or I use good old WD40 and let the bearings soak in that for 24 hours. Then let them dry on some tissue paper for a further 24 hours before lubricating with Finish Line Cross Country synthetic bicycle lubricant (Wet). Costs £2.99 for 60ml and last forever - available from any good bike shop.

ive just taken a spear bearing apart to see what to do with my other ones so ive taken the blue sides off to see how easy it is. the bearing spins like anything when the covers arnt on but when i put the blue covers back on it doesnt spin freely like before [where am i going wrong] i havent pushed it on too much they just pop in so im a bit stuck. AGAIN LOL

The blue shields will reduce the ability of the bearing to spin freely, but only marginally, as it is in contact with both the outer and inner parts of the bearing.
You could always run the bearing without the shields if you intend to clean them after every meeting (don't recommend it though), or run the bearing with one of the shields in, this side facing outwards so that the shield-free side doesn't attract so much dirt.
When I clean my bearings I leave the shields in, clean them by shacking them well in WD40 and then leaving them to soak for 24 hours, blow them out afterwards, then let them dry on tissue paper for 2 hours before lightly oiling.
