Well short summery is
Cam had Servo / Spool trouble which he could not sort out so left befor the finals
Ian had a up and down sort of day , He was out paced by a Tamya Ta-05 ( Jacks Car with Jacks electrics and a brushed motor in ) Driven by myself as I was trying the more is less theory which was very good getting a time of 2.4 secs ahead of Ian in Quali over the first 3 rounds ...........
For the 4th round of Quali I run my Cyclone and got anpother lap in so in the end I out qualifyed Ian by a lap and ended up 3rd in B , Ian was 5th in B ...........
It does have to be said that Ians Front Belt snapped in round 4 of Quali BUT hey ho .............
In the Final I had a 5 th and a 2nd place
Ian had a 4th and a 5th
Overall I finshed 3rd in B and Ian got 5th ..........................
If I had run the cyclone all day I feel I could have squeezed the back end of the A final BUT i had so much fun running the Tamiya it was worth it and the good battle between Ian in the first Final and Ali Cann in the second made the day worth while .......... ( Although the Bug Bear of the Day was the PINK CAR which would not get out the way in Quali and again in the Final denied me of the Win in Leg 2 and Broke my car )
I love the day and the track was the great But I broke the same Expencive part as last time so it becomes expencive running indoors ................
