Easy now!
I just needed a cheaper car to run and something that was a bit more pratical. Its built on the same platform as the swift and its also been voted best little city car by auto express!

Lets be fair Lads if it looked like the Top Picture we would love it but it looks SHIT lets face it .........
And for the price I would have got a 207 or even a Fiat this thing is so far over priced its criminal ...............

I wouldnt call it overpriced when you look at the spec that it comes with! Everything that comes as standard on this is an extra on the Fiat.
Plus it has an advantage over the fiat and the Pergot that it wont break down and the servicing is cheap.

Top gear rule of thumb
Small french and italian cars = cool
Small Japanese cars = sold in the same isle as the dishwashers and fridges.
Looked in the auto express today and it has a mighty 63bhp whilst weighing in at nearly 1500kg's. Jim you might as well sit on top of the s400 and ride that. it will be quicker and thats no compliment to the s400.
Just to add insult to injury you could walk into a fiat dealer with a grand more than you went into the suzuki dealers and drive out with the panda 100 with a better spec than the splash, 40 more ponies, 500 less bags of sugar to lug around and some a cracking looking motor.
Jimbo, do the right thing and get yourself over to John Banks and cancel the deal

Or take a look at Autotrader and find a good deal on something nice and second hand. I would never buy a new car again throwing good money after bad that is.

I have no idea where you where looking mate! The car weighs in at 1065kg's (same as me swift) and develops 86 bhp.
Its max gross weight which includes payload is around 1500kgs and auto express have quoted the specs of the diesel model which is lower on power!
As for the Fiat I did look at the 500 and the panda but dont forget that I drove a panda (which has the same engine and chassis as the 500) for over a month and it was shocking!
