Schumacher MI3 sets new world speed record for an RC CarIts an MI3 under that great body
When someone gets into the Guinness book of records with an r/c car we think its worth a mention. The first US event of the International RC Speed Challenge presented by Castle was held recently at the Rockingham Dragway, Rockingham, NC, where Southern California’s Nic Case shattered his existing record of 134mph. Case need only two passes to shatter his own record using a heavily modified Schumacher. The orange FlightPower/Castle/Neu/Schumacher 12-cell streamliner recorded an amazing 153mph on the run first run and then came back later to lay down an incredible 161.76mph pass to seal his place in the history books. We understand that Schmacher don’t have any plans for an RTR version of the car used!!
