Tamiya Mini Mo-3 front wheel drive FUN

One of the cheapest ways to get started in R/C car racing is the MO-3 its great fun easy to drive and its quite strong too......

Here is mine with the Suzuki Swift shell on which is a middle wheel base and the second is of my Nissan Micra which is short wheel based , When you get the kit you get 3 different options on what lenth you want to run your car Short Middle and Long depending on what shell you fancy running

So much FUN and you can fit the 1/12th scale Mardave shells on the MO-3 too... these shells sell for £6 each so you can change the look of your car at a reasonable cost ......

Ive got the Long chassis version and im running the new shape mini shell

They really are great fun and take quite a bashing!!

Hi Ed can you use that power on the track when we tryed our Minis with 27turn motors they just seemed to get to a sertain speed then let go LOL & 19turn was just silly wheelspin everywhere
J_Farthing

They dont go too badly on the rough stuff as george and myself found out when we decided to do a couple of laps on the buggy track
Jimbo

Yes from what i have seen they do go well over the rough stuff. Heres a pic of Georges car going over one of the jumps at Eastrax buggy track.

The minis are bloody good fun off the tarmac. They aren't very fast but surprissing raceable. They do get some good air to but have the unsurprising tendendcy to nose dive.
Now who fancys a mini bash on saturday at eastbourne. Gotta be worth a laugh[/quote]
Jimbo
