nocif13: Re your carpet set-up. You state down stop as 4 both front and rear. Are you measurug the gap exactly as shown on the setup sheet and manual or from a different part of the wish bone

The kit set up is front 4 and rear -2 measured to the bottom of the shock connection block.

Others state level or similar.

Can you advise precisely how you get 4mm as I am having trerrible trouble with over steer on power on carpet  tight corner

Hi Martin, this is a problem that I have been suffering from, I have been speaking to Wolf (Wolf Hobbies) and  TM about this issue.

The problem is that the car has such a quick turn in that the car unbalances itself, so as you are dumping the power on to come out of the corner the car is over rotating and you are getting the over steer.

Now there are one or two ways to get over this, firstly dial the speed down on your servo (I know, why do we buy expensive fast servo's in the first place) this will calm the car down coming into a corner, this is the first thing that I tried and it worked a treat, secondly stiffen the car up all round, but expecialy at the rear, I assume that you are using a spool, this will not help as the front of the car is dragging the car out of the corners, also 3+ deg of rear toe will help.

As for the droop I run mine with a lot more front than the rear, this is to make sure that when I exit the corner the weight transfer moves to the rear of the car which should in theory make the rear of the car more stable exiting a corner.
