Thats not bad! Dont mind paying for service like that. Looks to be the better alternitive to the Li-po problem and no car modification required. Just dont like soldering the damn things up!!!

Well i normally end up burning myself and the cells end up coming to bits on a regular bassis! Never have been able to get the hang of soldering to be honest.

sadly didnt get to race the new cells today
dad stopped me from racing cos he didnt want to damage the speedo, really it was too wet
we think we will go down to southend next sunday to try them out and get the right gearing for the stcc :D

OK as promised here is one of the packs of Orion SHO 4200's I have just put together. All are now ready for the STCC, and the best thing of all is that they are nearly Tamiya blue!!
Initially charged each individual cell, to match them in a crude way, and some impressive end voltage was showing.
All that remains now is to see if they are a match for the Lipo-powered cars?

they look realy neat.
