Im not sure you can directly compare the two.
Both have there advantages but as you are alowed to race 2wd cars in the 4wd class (providing weight limits are met) I would say that 2wd offers the most fun for the price.
I personally prefer to race 4wd though

4wd is just to tame for my liking. Even my 501x with 5.5 brushless feels a bit timid compared to my mamba'd b4. I personally prefer the way that you have to craft a 2wd around where as a 4wd can be thrown into a corner by any body. There also are not many 4wd cars that can pop a wheelie on demand. I have a 50 gram brass weight in my b4 to try and stop the front defying gravity but it still pulls its nose up whenever and wherever you want it. Great Fun. 2wd all the way

George you mamba'd B4 was pulling on demand wheelies in the wet! Was far to powerful for my liking but looked one hell of a lot of fun :D
